The gym and studio is welcome to ages 10+ and prides itself on offering the highest standard of individual and group training to all members.
Adult and Youth memberships are available.

Jim's Gym provides a host of professional services within the Lincolnshire area.
Personal and small group training is available and tailored packages for larger groups are available.
Sport development and performance training is available for individuals and teams ages 8+.
Group classes are provided throughout the week, each session is planned, delivered and executed with precision and the goal to improve your mental, physical and social health.
Private hire and lease of the gym and studio is available to other working professionals and gym users.
