Jim’s Gym and Studio LTD Terms and Conditions & Cancellation Policy
These terms and conditions apply to your purchase of all personal training, online coaching, rehabilitation sessions(Personal training, online coaching and rehabilitation sessions are referred to as personal services) and/or consultations, programs, bootcamps and other classes thereof.
Terms and Conditions
· These terms and conditions form part of your agreement with Jim’s Gym and Studio LTD
· Your agreement with us is made up of your completed and signed release of liability and Terms and Conditions. These documents together form a legal agreement between us, so please make sure that you read them carefully and understand them. If you have any questions, please ask a member of our team.
Purchasing Sessions and Bookings

· No Personal Services will be conducted without a consultation taking place prior.
· When you wish to book a class or personal service you are required to pay at the time of booking.
· No booking dates or times are secured until either
a) Deposit has been agreed and paid
b) Payment has been made.
All payments must be made in full prior to any session or participation taking place.
Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services until the outstanding amount is settled.
Online Coaching Sessions
The Client is entitled to up to four (4) online check-ins per month.
Check-ins must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
If the Client fails to attend a scheduled booking, they forfeit that session.
Missed consultations will not be carried forward to the following month and are non-refundable.
Payments
· All payments must be made in full, either in person upon requesting booking or via bank transfer/card payment.
· All payments must be made in full prior to any sessions being undertaken.
- All monies paid are NON REFUNDABLE
Session Cancellations
· If your coach fails to give you 24 hours’ prior notice of any cancellation, you will be entitled to an extra Personal Service booking of the same duration and cost, in addition to the session you missed.
· We require a minimum of 48 hours prior notice of any cancellation of any Personal Services or Group classes. If you do not provide a minimum of 48 hours’ prior notice, you may lose that session and no refund will be made to you.
· Any rearranged cancelled sessions will be at a time mutually agreed between you and your coach.
Classes Cancellations Policy
· Any cancellations or no-shows on sessions which are out of the specified cancellation time(2 Hours) or prevent someone else from booking will incur a charge for the cost of the class.
If you cancel a group class which is fully booked within 24 hours of that class starting you WILL be eligible to pay for the missed class and further bookings will NOT be accepted until payment has been made.
Lateness
If your coach is more than 10 minutes late for your personal service and you are unable to continue this time at the end, you will be entitled to a complimentary session of equal duration to the booked session, along with any remaining time you still have for that session.
· If you are late for your session, your session will be reduced in accordance with that time. If you are more than 5 minutes late for a 30-minute session or 15 minutes late for a 60-minute session, your coach may choose to cancel the session and you may lose that session, in which case no refund will be made.
· If anyone is late for any program or class the instructor may turn you away.
