Service Description

A mid level runner development program which will take clients through the further depth in understanding how to reduce injury and improve run performance. *There is no running on this program, it is gym based.* The program includes; Balance and proprioception. Improving our knowledge on the subject of balance and proprioception. How can we further reduce the risk to injury through sprains, strains and twists? The Gait Cycle - Understand how and why we move the way we do. How do we conserve energy and improve performance through our cycle without sacrificing comfort? Injury prevention. Advanced.(Lower limb focus) Improving our functional anatomy and injury prevention. Further understand what movements support which functions and how we can implement them into our routines. The simplicity of breathing - A Focus session on breath work, understanding why it is likely you have been breathing wrong and why that is stopping you becoming a better runner.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel or reschedule any session up to 2 hours before the start of the session you WILL be charged a cancellation fee. If you cancel or reschedule any session which is fully booked within 24 hours of the start you WILL be charged a cancellation fee. Please see Jim's Gym full T&C for further details.
