Service Description
BoxFit combines boxing ability and boxing conditioning in a high intensity, hard working circuit. Prepare to find out just how determined you are to keep moving through 45 minutes of sheer work. Sessions will vary from technical ability, box / pad rounds and boxing fitness circuits. Ages 12-16 must be accompanied by a paying adult. *Under-gloves or wraps must be worn when using the communal gym boxing gloves. These can be bought for £3 in the gym and are reusable.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel or reschedule any session up to 2 hours before the start of the session you WILL be charged a cancellation fee. If you cancel or reschedule any session which is fully booked within 24 hours of the start you WILL be charged a cancellation fee. Please see Jim's Gym full T&C for further details.
