Service Description

A half day course for children and young athletes aged 10-17. The Barbell program is a 4 hour workshop which teaches: Correct technique and coaching cues for Olympic lifting Form, posture and common mistakes when lifting Maturity and understanding when using the weights Development of technical manoeuvres and confidence within the gym Jim's Gym Youth Academy is a fantastic opportunity to get your child comfortable in a gym environment and motivated to be the best they can be, in whatever they do. Educate. Enable. Evolve. **Please ensure each child brings their own lunch and water bottle.** **Correct gym attire should be worn at all times.** **There is a toilet on site** **Jim's Gym has Enhanced DBS instructors** **Instructors are Safeguard Lead Instructors.** **Instructors are Mental Health Qualified** **Instructors are First Aid Qualified**
