Service Description
Jim's Gym S&C sessions are proven to improve muscular strength and endurance alongside mobility and flexibility. These sessions work on a cycle of endurance, hypertrophy and strength. Occasionally testing 1 REP MAX (if desired, alternate workouts can be provided on 1 RM days) Strength and conditioning sessions are the recommended sessions to start your gym routine.
