Service Description

Jim's Gym S&C sessions are proven to improve muscular strength and endurance alongside mobility and flexibility. These sessions work on a cycle of endurance, hypertrophy and strength. Occasionally testing 1 REP MAX (if desired, alternate workouts can be provided on 1 RM days) Strength and conditioning sessions are the recommended sessions to start your gym routine. They are completed at your own pace and own level with expert guidance from the instructor. Don't delay your participation. Sign up today.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel or reschedule any session up to 2 hours before the start of the session you WILL be charged a cancellation fee. If you cancel or reschedule any session which is fully booked within 24 hours of the start you WILL be charged a cancellation fee. Please see Jim's Gym full T&C for further details.
