Strength: Lift - A focus session on free-weights and barbells. Pairing high requirement compound movements with specific isolation exercises to deliver a workout which will demand a high input but deliver the rewards you desire. This session is available for all abilities and strength levels.

If you cancel or reschedule any session up to 2 hours before the start of the session you WILL be charged a cancellation fee.
