Service Description

Running Training for ALL abilities. Runners or Walkers. Please be prepared to run in the dark through the winter months. Please bring with you visibility clothing and a torch (Head or chest torch) Water is recommended. You may be running individually on occasion(ability and session dependent.)

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel or reschedule any session up to 2 hours before the start of the session you may be charged a cancellation fee. Please see Jim's Gym full T&C for further details.
