Service Description

Running Training for ALL abilities. Runners or Walkers. Please be prepared to run in the dark through the winter months. Please bring with you visibility clothing and a torch (Head or chest torch) Water is recommended. You may be running individually on occasion(ability and session dependent.)

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a personal training session you must provide at least 48 hours notice. You can cancel a group class but you must provide at least 48 hours notice to be eligible for a refund.
