Service Description

A beginner level runner development program which will take clients through the fundamental basics of how to reduce injury and improve run performance. *There is no running on this program, it is gym based.* The program includes; Balance and proprioception. Why it has a place in running and why you should understand it and implement it. Core conditioning and the importance of structural integrity. Making your running effortless, whilst making yourself structurally stable. Injury prevention.(Lower limb focus) Understanding functional anatomy. How do we determine what is hurting, and how do we support our structural requirements? Variable Training - How are we able to implement variable training into our routine to develop, improve and enjoy our training journeys.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel or reschedule any session up to 2 hours before the start of the session you WILL be charged a cancellation fee. If you cancel or reschedule any session which is fully booked within 24 hours of the start you WILL be charged a cancellation fee. Please see Jim's Gym full T&C for further details.
