Service Description
Our popular 4 week course which focuses on the basics of runner development within a gym. The BASIC program will cover the below topics: Balance and proprioception Lower limb strengthening and methods of rehabilitation Core strengthening and the importance of variable training in running capability Cardiovascular training and how to transfer your training to a gym environment The INTERMEDIATE program will cover the below topics: Gait cycle and foot strike to reduce injury and improve efficiency when running Strength training and the modern place in a running program The importance of mobility in recovery and injury reduction Effective programming, loading and planning of training aims.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel or reschedule any session up to 2 hours before the start of the session you WILL be charged a cancellation fee. If you cancel or reschedule any session which is fully booked within 24 hours of the start you WILL be charged a cancellation fee. Please see Jim's Gym full T&C for further details.
