Service Description

4 Week Runner Development Course. This is a four week course which is a progressive course from the initial runner development program. Please consider completing the initial runner program before attempting this program. The four sessions in the course are: Movement and Stride Patterns Jump Training Power and the impact on pace Zonal Training
