Service Description
The gym and studio may be leased at an affordable rate for you to deliver your professional services. Upon booking you will receive a unique access code which will allow you complete access to the gym and studio. Proof of liability, qualification and insurance WILL be requested upon booking. By booking professional hire you agree with Jim's Gym Professional Booking T&Cs. Suitable for; Fitness & Health Professionals. Small group meetings. Sport, Physio and Manual therapists. Cancellation Policy
1. Eligibility & Approval 1.1 The studio may be hired by qualified fitness professionals for Personal Training, small group training, or classes only with prior approval. 1.2 The studio operator reserves the right to request proof of: Relevant professional qualifications Valid professional indemnity and public liability insurance First Aid certification 1.3 Approval may be withdrawn at any time if standards are not maintained. 2. Bookings & Access 2.1 All bookings must be made via the designated booking app and paid in full in advance. 2.2 A unique access code will be issued and is valid only for the booked time slot. 2.3 Access codes must not be shared with clients or third parties. 2.4 The Professional is responsible for ensuring all clients arrive and leave within the booked time. 5. Health, Safety & Risk 5.1 The Professional is responsible for conducting appropriate health screening (e.g. PAR-Q) and obtaining informed consent from clients. 5.2 The Professional acknowledges that physical activity carries inherent risks and agrees to manage those risks appropriately. 5.3 Any accidents, injuries, or incidents must be reported to the studio operator immediately. 6. Liability & Indemnity 6.1 The Professional uses the studio at their own risk. 6.2 The studio operator accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from: Sessions delivered by the Professional Client actions or omissions Incorrect use of equipment during supervised sessions 6.3 The Professional agrees to fully indemnify the studio operator against any claims, losses, or damages arising from their professional activities or those of their clients. 7. Insurance 7.1 The Professional must hold valid: Professional Indemnity Insurance Public Liability Insurance 7.2 Insurance must cover all activities carried out in the studio and be valid for the duration of use. 7.3 Failure to maintain insurance may result in immediate termination of access without refund. 8. Payments, Cancellations & Rearrangements 8.1 All bookings must be paid in advance. 8.2 No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. 8.3 Bookings may be rearranged up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time, subject to availability. 8.4 Late cancellations or non-attendance will result in loss of the booking. 9. Equipment, Damage & Cleanliness 9.1 Equipment must be used appropriately and returned to its original position after use.
