This consultation costs £20 which is deducted from a future purchase if you sign up to a personal training or online coaching BLOCK / Package. This consultation takes place online. (It is not available to be refunded on individual sessions and bookings.).

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an online coaching session you must provide at least 48 hours notice.
