Service Description

Exercising daily is a vital part of PREhabilitation or rehabilitation for Total / Compartmental knee replacement surgery. It is important to be familiar with your exercise before the surgery and to continue the exercises post surgery. This course is designed to provide a group exercise environment to improve your understanding of knee replacement exercises, surgery and effective knee management routines.
