Service Description

This four week course will take you through the fundamentals of hula hoop fitness. Throughout this course you will: Learn how to incorporate a hula hoop in a fitness environment. Strengthen your body. Improve your motor senses, coordination and balance. Enjoy working out in a modern, stylish and professional environment.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a personal training session you must provide at least 48 hours notice. You can cancel a group class but you must provide at least 48 hours notice to be eligible for a refund.
