An 8 week course consisting of combined theory and practical sessions. This course is suitable for ALL abilities. A medical waiver will be required. AGES 12+ are suited. (12-15 MUST be accompanied by a paying adult.) Throughout the duration of the course you will gain knowledge on all of the following subjects: - Introduction, body composition measurements. - Calories, energy input and output. This is not a diet, it is a lifestyle. - Hydration, Food and it's impact on mood, mental well-being and mindful eating. - Healthy eating - Activity and inactivity - A balance for life. - Food habits, snacking and meal planning. - Sleep and the impact on well-being and eating habits. - Preparing for the future after the program. As well as the following subjects you will also learn and understand how to move and exercise properly, at a pace and tempo that suits your needs.
To cancel or reschedule a personal training session you must provide at least 48 hours notice. You can cancel a group class but you must provide at least 48 hours notice to be eligible for a refund.
