Service Description
A comprehensive barbell coaching program spread over 6 sessions. Designed to introduce you to barbell lifting or refresh you to coaching cues, safety tips and correct lifting techniques. Throughout the program you will; Learn mobility exercises to support your barbell movements. Understand which muscle groups are required for your lifts. Build a comprehensive understanding of regression and progression exercises to build you from stepping into a gym for the first time to completing compound lifts. Throughout the course you will build foundations and confidence to enable you to complete the following lifts and their variations; Bench press Deadlift Cleans Snatches Jerks

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel or reschedule any session up to 2 hours before the start of the session you WILL be charged a cancellation fee. If you cancel or reschedule any session which is fully booked within 24 hours of the start you WILL be charged a cancellation fee. Please see Jim's Gym full T&C for further details.
