Service Description

This 4 week course is provided to develop form, skills, understanding and confidence with the barbells. Who is this course for? Beginners. If you are intimidated by the barbells and the movements involved with them, this is for you and absolutely anyone who wants to learn about barbells and the movements involving barbells. Already using barbells but want to improve your understanding, technique and form? This is for you too! 4 x 90 minute sessions. Suitable for ages 15+
