About the event
A walking marathon starting at Jim's Gym in Sleaford and finishing at the top of steep hill in Lincoln.
Starting at 0800hrs we would look to be in Lincoln for 1700-1800hrs and then enjoy some food and drink before getting a train back.
If you have never walked a marathon please do attend some of the training walks and consider the time and distance of the event.
There are plenty of places to stop en route for rest, toilet and to purchase snacks and drinks where required.
There are train stations en route and we will look to have a support driver on standby if there were any person's who, for whatever reason, would be unable to continue at any time.
A kit list and considerations will come out closer to the time.
