About the event
The itinerary will be:
Friday 1200-Late - Arrive. (Dinner included Friday evening).
Saturday 0615-0715 - Beach training/ Swimming
Saturday 0730 - Breakfast (included in the price)
Saturday 0900 - Park Run
Saturday 1100-1230 - Swimming/Beach training on the beach

This ticket includes: 2 Nights Accommodation at The Lord Kitchener's Memorial Holiday Centre (Friday and Saturday) Breakfast Saturday and Sunday AM. All swimming, cycling and running activities.
