Jim's Gym 24 Hour Challenge.

24 Hour Challenge event with several members of the gym / wider community completing challenges throughout the duration.

Current challenges:

Non-members must pay £20 and sign the waiver on the day.

Events commence at 0800 hours. If you wish to start at this time too please arrive before to set up and prepare. 

Feel free to visit the event throughout the day and donate to the charity. 

Please do be aware that visiting and providing food / precisions is appreciated but do remember some of the athletes will be very fatigued and focussed throughout their event, try your best not to get in their way or interfere with their challenges.

KITLIST and considerations.

ALL MEMBERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN FOOD AND DRINK DURING THE EVENT. PLEASE DO NOT USE ALL THE GYM'S WATER - BRING YOUR OWN.

If you are running throughout the night YOU MUST HAVE with you at minimum:

HEADTORCH

PHONE & contact numbers for event support staff / gym members in the gym. 

Equipment that may be useful or required for ALL;

Sleeping bag / Mats 

Change of clothes / socks / footwear

FOOD (bring enough food for yourself)

DRINKS (water, isotonic, energy)

Gels

Vaseline

GPS watch

Phone
